Juhfark received its name from the shape of its grape clusters resembling a sheep’s tail. This 2023 vintage displays the cool elegance of the Nivegy-völgy with a lively strawyellow colour and citrus aromas. The wine’s structure is derived from the variety’s acid-retaining quality, complemented by the rich notes of the calcareous soil and the virtues of organic cultivation.
